There is a nominal loan application fee. Lenders typically charge a one-time fee during the loan application. Up to 7% of the loan amount + GST, as applicable, is charged during the application of the Loan Against Property.
You have to enter the correct details and submit the documents for verification. Once they are verified, a representative will contact you to inform about your application status. If approved, the loan amount will be sanctioned.
